Nancy C. Cosgriff, MA, DMin, has over 35 years experience in executive and life/work coaching, has participated in the New Ventures coaching program, in EDGES, a learning community for coaches, in the MN Coaches Association and in the MN Organization Development Network. Nancy’s professional career has always involved learning and development: she has taught in secondary and college levels, worked as a career/life counselor in a consulting firm, and has worked in the academic, non-profit and corporate business worlds as a leadership and organization development designer, consultant and facilitator. Her work included team building and personal development sessions for senior leaders.

Nancy is a principle of Third Age Partners and co-designer/facilitator of its “Coaching for Third Age Renewal and Response-Ability” program and co-author of its self-study “Grower’s Guide.” In recent years, following her own Third Age passion, she earned her doctorate of ministry on spirituality studies and now focuses on life/work coaching and facilitating personal spiritual development —especially for others in their Third Age—through individual guidance sessions, group classes and workshops. Nancy has designed and facilitated retreats for women through her business, Spiral Explorations. She is currently a faculty member at Wisdom Ways in St. Paul, MN, teaching in its two year program, “Transforming Soul and Society.”

Nancy is based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and as part of her Third Age journey moved to the country to live in the St. Croix River Valley where she hikes, canoes and writes poetry, always renewed and inspired by her connections to the land and water.
